Thank you for shopping with The Self Made Club! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Please note that orders are not processed on Weekends or Holidays.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. After processing, a separate email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We ship our orders with Standard Shipping which typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Any delays need to be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.

    • The Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of your order. Therefore, ordering a hat will cost less in shipping fees than ordering 2 hoodies. We do offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (US Only).

     

  • Shipping rates may  vary depending on your location and the method you choose. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to Europe, Australia & New Zealand soon.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these regions.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order is missing an item or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@selfmadeinsider.com  within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist with resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or incorrect shipments due to errors in the provided address. Once the order has been processed, we can no longer update your address.

Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, such as during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
