I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?

If your purchase was successfully completed, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder as well. If you are positive about not receiving an email, email us at hello@selfmadeinsider.com so we can address the issue right away.

Can I exchange my order?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, you have to contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Check our Return Policy for a full breakdown.

Do you offer gift cards?

I can't find my gift card. How is it delivered?

Your gift card will be emailed almost instantly to you after placing your order. Make sure to double-check the spelling of your email address prior to placing your order.

If you have a gmail address, your gift card email may have been automatically filtered and sorted into the "Promotions" folder. You might want to check your spam folder as well. If you have checked all of the above, email us at hello@selfmadeinsider.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

When will I receive my order?

Processing time can take anywhere from 2-5 business days not including Holidays and weekends. The window is large to account for busier seasons such as Black Friday or Holidays in general.
Shipping time takes anywhere from 2-7 days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that all of the above are approximate dates and can vary based on the season we are in.

What if I picked the wrong size or color?

Contact us immediately with your order number. Once your order is placed, our system will send it to our warehouse for processing. If processing has started, we will not be able to make any changes, and your best option is to go with an exchange upon receiving your order. We will work with you and make it right. Please always take your time confirming your cart prior to placing the order, it makes things so much easier on both you and us.

What if I gave the wrong address?

If you have selected the wrong shipping address, your package will be returned to us by the shipping carrier. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed your updated address. If you choose to cancel the order altogether, you will not be eligible for a refund.
