Refund policy

First of all, thank you for purchasing or considering purchasing from The Self Made Club! We hope that you are or will be delighted with your purchase. In the event that you need to return your item, here is the process:

Returns

To be eligible for a return, you have to contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Make sure to write "Return Request" in the subject and your order number in the email.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the return shipping label will be your responsibility.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in case of the buyer's change of mind. Although we handle every refund on a case-by-case basis, we may work with you and offer you a store credit for a future purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@selfmadeinsider.com.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on 3 categories of items at this time:
- Sale Items
- Gift Cards
- Digital Products or Services

Damages or Defects


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. No justification is necessary. It is called the "right of withdrawal", also known as the "cooling-off period". As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the cooling-off period expires on a non-business day, your deadline is extended until the following business day.
